01Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of relecon.com and any related pages (the "Site"), operated by Relecon, LLC ("Relecon," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
02About the Site
The Site provides information about Relecon and our services, including custom application development, business process automation, AI solutions and integration, and consulting and strategy. The Site is provided for general informational purposes and to allow prospective clients to contact us.
03Our Services & Client Agreements
Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship or obligates Relecon to provide any services. Descriptions, examples, estimates, and timelines shown on the Site or shared during an initial consultation are for general information only and are not binding offers.
Any software development, automation, AI, or consulting engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement and statement of work, signed by both parties. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls.
04Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site's normal operation
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose other than legitimate search engine indexing, without our written permission
- Submit false, misleading, or spam content through our forms, or impersonate any person or entity
- Copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our written consent
05Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Relecon name and chevron mark, design, code, images, and the selection and arrangement of these materials, are owned by Relecon or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial, or internal business reference. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission. Third-party names and logos that appear on the Site belong to their respective owners.
When you send us information through the Site, such as a project description in our contact form, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate. Please do not include confidential or proprietary information in an initial inquiry. Confidentiality obligations begin only once a written non-disclosure or client agreement is in place.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Site or our services, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to you.
07Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including social media platforms, that Relecon does not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and providing a link does not mean we endorse them. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
08Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Relecon does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.
Content on the Site is general information about technology and business practices. It is not legal, financial, or other professional advice for your specific situation.
09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relecon and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. This section does not limit liability under a signed client agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
10Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relecon and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
12Changes to the Site & These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
13General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Relecon regarding the Site and replace any prior agreements about its use.
